Notice on Summer High-Temperature Production Safety and Service Guarantee for Pyrite Plant

We have now entered the summer high-temperature season. Extreme high temperatures pose challenges to the entire production process of pyrite mining, processing, storage, and personnel safety. To strictly implement production safety responsibilities, protect the health of employees and the stability of production operations, and ensure the provision of continuous and reliable pyrite products and services to all customers, our plant hereby issues the following notice:
I. Adjustments to High-Temperature Production Operations and Safety Assurance
- Optimization of Working Hours: Starting from today, the working hours for outdoor and high-temperature posts such as open-pit mining and crushing processing will be adjusted to avoid the high-temperature period from 11:00 to 15:00 every day. The “early start, late end” staggered working mode will be implemented to reduce the time employees are exposed to high temperatures. For indoor workshops, ventilation equipment and cooling facilities will be added to control the operating environment temperature within a safe range.
- Strengthened Safety Inspections: Before the start of work every day, special high-temperature inspections will be conducted on key areas such as pyrite storage warehouses, transportation equipment, and electrical circuits. Key risks such as material spontaneous combustion and equipment overheating failures will be focused on. It is ensured that the temperature of key areas and equipment operation data are recorded every 2 hours, and operations will be shut down immediately if any problems are found.
- Standardized Operation Procedures: In response to the characteristics of pyrite, such as easy caking and changes in dust concentration under high-temperature conditions, the production operation specifications have been updated. Employees are required to strictly follow the principle of “small batches, multiple times, and timely ventilation” for material transfer and processing to avoid safety issues caused by improper operations.
II. Measures for Employee Health Care
- Material Support: Sufficient heatstroke prevention and cooling materials such as drinking water, Huoxiang Zhengqi Water (a traditional Chinese medicine for heatstroke), and cooling oil will be provided in all operation areas and employee rest rooms. Cool foods such as mung bean soup and watermelons will be distributed regularly every day to ensure employees can replenish water and energy in a timely manner.
- Health Monitoring: Temporary medical stations will be set up, and professional medical staff will be arranged to be on-site regularly to provide temperature measurement and health consultation services for employees. For employees with underlying diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, priority will be given to adjusting them to indoor low-temperature posts to avoid the risk of working in high temperatures.
- Emergency Preparation: All employees will be organized to conduct high-temperature heatstroke emergency drills. The identification of heatstroke symptoms, first-aid treatment procedures, and routes to hospitals will be clarified to ensure that in case of a heatstroke incident, scientific disposal can be carried out immediately to protect the lives and safety of employees.
III. Instructions on Customer Service and Product Supply
- Guarantee of Production Progress: Although the working hours have been adjusted, the plant has ensured the stability of daily pyrite output through optimizing work schedules and increasing equipment investment, which will not affect the delivery schedule of customer orders. If production needs to be temporarily adjusted due to extreme weather (such as typhoons or continuous high temperatures above 40℃), we will notify customers in advance 48 hours through emails, phone calls, and other methods, and negotiate to adjust the delivery time.
- Product Quality Control: Under high-temperature conditions, we will further increase the frequency of pyrite product quality inspections. From the mining source to the delivery of finished products, the number of inspections for key indicators such as moisture content, purity, and particle size will be increased to ensure that each batch of products delivered to customers meets the quality standards.
- Unobstructed Communication Channels: If customers have any questions regarding order inquiries or demand changes, they can contact us at any time through the official website customer service channel, dedicated account manager’s phone, and other methods. We will respond within 1 hour and provide a solution within 24 hours to ensure efficient communication and considerate service.
